Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who this applies to

This Privacy Policy explains how CYD ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our websites — including this site, our fit-check quiz, and our Foundation and Vantage pages — or otherwise interact with us.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

  • Information you give us directly — your name, email, phone number, business details, and answers to our fit-check quiz when you submit it, or details you provide when booking a call.
  • Automatically collected information — standard analytics data such as pages visited, referral source, device/browser type, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Advertising data — if you arrive via a paid ad (e.g. Meta or Google), those platforms may pass along campaign and click data used to measure ad performance.

3. How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

  • Route your quiz submission to the right next step (Foundation or Vantage) and follow up with you about it
  • Schedule and manage booked calls
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our sites and services
  • Send you information you've requested, and — where you haven't opted out — occasional relevant updates about our services
  • Measure and improve the performance of our marketing and advertising

4. Third parties we work with

Submitting our quiz or booking a call triggers a workflow that may involve the following categories of third-party tools, used solely to deliver the service you requested:

  • A workflow automation platform, used to route your submission internally
  • A database/records tool, used to store your lead and appointment details
  • An internal messaging tool, used to notify our team of new submissions
  • Cal.com, used to power our call scheduling widget
  • Standard web analytics and advertising platforms (e.g. Google, Meta), used to measure site and ad performance

We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for core site functionality and for analytics/advertising measurement. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings — note that some site features may not work as intended if you do.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy — for example, for the duration of an active client relationship, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at airy@cyd-corp.com and we'll respond as required by applicable law.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

9. International transfers

As we operate across the UK and US, information you provide may be processed or stored outside your home country. Where required, we take steps to ensure such transfers are handled in line with applicable data protection law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
